I have have tried countless pm tools and apps over the past year or two. Many are too bloated with features, and others simply asking for too much money. MeisterTask is a simple but robust pm tool that delivers a intuitive experience that flows. My team loves it and we look forward to the evolution of this great app (please integrate live chat functionality :-)

I have been using it for a few days. Very good, easy to use. Interface is good, fast. App is intuitive. I would recommend. Similar to Trello, if you like that logic. Great for task, project management, lists, and flow.

This is a very useful app for team task management. For desktop app, it works great but on mobile app, many features are not available. If you could consider adding Load Check List in the mobile app that will be very nice.

I use MeiserTask as pure to-do app for myself. And it works great for this purpose. Possibility to see many tasks from different categories at the same time makes managing them very efficient. App also very well designed and have good companion for Mac.

LOVE it! Use it everyday. Form and function are all here for me. Ive tried, Hiveteams, Insightly, Asana, Wrike and few others. While MesiterTask doesnt have the integrations these other apps have it makes up for it in form and function. I can live without visual calendar & messaging integration for now. If MesiterTask uses this format to approach the Project Management sector watch out!

Im using meister task and mind maps for last 6 months. I would say you would love it the way its organized and how options are unfolded one by one. I would recommend someone to try all its options and definitely anyone would like it if you are multi tasking. Thanks

This app is really great. The only thing its missing is being able to see what task I have upcoming soon in the Notification Center. That way I can just swipe down to see my task easily.

Great combo of solid features and visual design. Flexible but not overwhelming. Great responsiveness in mobile and web apps. Love managing complexity in MindMeister and work on Meistertask. Keep up the good work!!

Love the flexibility of this app. I suggest adding notifications. Other than that, its a great solution I have been looking for, for a long time.

This app is great, works really well and is very intuitively designed! I cant believe its free, thank you so much! There are a few things wrong with it, like not being able to do the standard iOS swipe for back and not being able to make checklist items tasks, but overall stellar job!
