MeisterTask - Task Management App Reviews

I now use MeisterTask for my "personal kanban" style task management and love it. The section actions I love. Different than Trello, I can move a task to my "done" column and it automatically marks it as complete - love it! I plan to implement it more ways soon in both my personal life and business.

Both the web app and iOS App are very well designed and easy to use. Very complete in my opinion.

I have tried many, many project & task management apps... This is one of the best!

Great interface. Intuitive to use. I use it with my wife to coordinate our home projects and with my team at work to keep us on task.

I tried the drawing with Apple pencil. It looked splotchy and was not able to edit the drawing. This would be a valuable feature if it would work. Also what is drawn turns into an icon in the task list, making it difficult to know what drawings you have without opening them again to see what they are.

Great design and a great start. I love the design, the workflows, the real due/complete status, the integration of checklists and the Mac app (its only a wrapper but its still more convenient than a browser window).

I have tried the Web service a while ago, when it was first launched and it just didnt work. I wrote about that in a review for MindMeister. Seems nobody read it because the app that just got launched has the exact same problem. There is no way to create a task. You enter the details of the task in the little popup, and... Nothing! No button to confirm the task, tapping outside the popup has no effect... Does anybody actually test these before launching? Times like this I wish I could give exactly zero stars...

A great task manager app & tool that is not a task to learn.

When people say "or login with " they mean u authorize this app to use your another account to login without creating a new account requiring your email. Why do u access all my Twitter info and ask me to creat an account using email!? If I have to creat a new account, dont ask me to provide Twitter account info!!

MeisterTask has been an absolute godsend! It offers off the the features I want and need in a single application. I use it to keep track of work projects and my home life and am so completely in love with the UI. What takes the cake? Theres also an incredible web app that goes along with it and lets you interact with everything in the comfort of your desktop environment! I would not change a thing about this application and would be more than happy to subscribe to their premium service when it becomes available. Job well done!!!

Very clear and efficient.

An easy to use task organizer with the flexibility to make it really powerful tool. I really like the idea of the collaborative tasks and sharing with other team members. Ideal for individuals or groups with shifting priorities, multiple projects, and moving targets. Simply put, you need this app.

Especially for small teams that find trello, asana to redundant and apps like swipes to light weight! Best PM APP PERIOD.

Meistertask is very intuitive and easy to use. Love the actions per column, very flexible to create workflow.

I love the way that MeisterTask approaches the problem of project management from all angles. While still buggy and sometimes unrefined, this is the most lo encompassing tool for both teams and personal task management. Id choose it over Trello any day. Keep it going guys!
