MeisterTask - Task Management App Reviews

Weve tried a number of task management apps - and we ended up going with this one. We find that its simple to use. And the support has been excellent the few times we needed it. It integrates with their mind mapping tool - Mindmeister. Although I havent quite figured out how to make that work smoothly. But still, great program.

If youve used scrum boards before, you have to give Meistertask a try. Its an excellent port of the analog scrum board to the digital world. It has vastly improved organizational skills within our company. A++. Would recommend again.

I run a software department and manage multiple people. I have to remember to do hundreds of things every week regarding multiple people in multiple areas about multiple things. I stretch any task management application to the limit. I have spent a considerable amount of money over months and years, in the search to find the most efficient, most intuitive, most aesthetically pleasing, most robust and functional task management application. Nothing comes close to MeisterTask. It is better than everything else I have tried, by a longshot.

So when I add an item to the list under a task it add that item to every task... Also all task from old projects are now listed under every task... Please fix this!

Working well so far, using it to manage and track personal and work tasks. Still new to it, but so far so good.

I dont even care how long it takes for me to write this review. Before, I would never write an app review, but thanks to MeisterTask, Ive now got the time. Tasks and Projects have never been so easy to organize and complete. I use this for personal, and business purposes. I dont use their monthly subscription either. This app already does everything I would want for task management.

Easy enough for clients. Powerful enough for project managers. The sweet spot.

Really enjoy the interface

Best of trello and best of mindmapping via Mindmeister. Ive tried all productivity apps and I think Im finally done. If you need a to do list, probably stick with something simpler like Wunderlist. But if you want to be able to creatively mindmap your plans and then have the different nodes turn into tasks, then I highly recommend.

This app is amazing! Ive tried just about every productivity app out there and this is by far the best. Do yourself a favor, get this app and get rid of everything else.

I love mapping out things and now to be able to put the tasks from the maps into a system like this. It truly is amazing!

...maybe the name...since it doesnt sound as beautiful as this app is. The integration with mindmeister is really powerful. I love that you can connect it w Slack.

My fiancée and I are using it to plan our wedding and its amazing. We adopted it at my office as well. Keeps everybody on task and focused! Absolutely the best!

Intuitive, the app seems like its going to scale with my business.
