The only mistake of the app screwed my day

The app is nearly perfect: the interface is superb, the structure is great, the things you can do with the tasks are exactly what I needed.
BUT
Even though usually it works smoothly, today it just ruined hours of my work. I created some new projects, introduced dozens of detailed tasks. When I opened the app just in an hour, all the projects were gone. I rushed to my computer to see whether its ok on the site. The site showed me absolutely different picture of my projects. Still no new projects but some of the old ones somehow appeared in the list.

Let someone else tell me what it was.
